1. Information Sheet, Declaration of Default, Declaration of Non-Military Service and Substitution of Trustee forwarded to our office, along with the original Note and Deed of Trust.
  2. Record Notice of Default.
  3. Mail Notice of Default, certified and first class to the Trustor and Special Requests.
  4. Order Trustee Sale Guarantee. Complete 30 day mailing to Junior Liens, etc.
  5. Approximately 80 days into the Foreclosure process, forward "Authorization to Publish" form for Benificiary review and execution.
  6. Record Notice of Trustee's Sale on or after the 91st day of the action. This document establishes the date, time and location of the Trustee's Sale.
  7. Mail Notice of Trustee's Sale, certified and first class to the Trustor, Special Requests and Junior Liens.
  8. Notice of Trustee's Sale posted on property and public place.
  9. Notice of Trustee's Sale published in newspaper.
  10. Trustee's Sale conducted.
  11. All fees compensated.
  12. Trustee's Deed recorded.

NOTE: The Trustor has a right to bring the obligation current and reinstate, up until five (5) working days prior to the scheduled date of the Trustee's Sale, provided the loan is not mature by the terms of the Note.
